Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Bro Statch account and all associated data at any time, either directly in the app or by contacting us.

Delete in the app (instant)

Open Bro Statch and sign in.
Tap your avatar in the top-right corner of any screen to open your Account.
Scroll to the Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again for security.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible. It removes your sign-in account, all partner profiles, and your entire signal/mission history.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email contact@khenitech.com from the email address associated with your account (or include it in the message) and ask us to delete your account. We complete manual deletion requests within 48 hours and will confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

Your account credentials (email/password, or your Google/Apple sign-in link)
Your display name and account record
All partner profiles you created
Your full mission and reaction history, including notes

All data is deleted permanently. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts, and no data is kept for any retention period after deletion.
